Themes are guided by a "primary," "secondary," and "tertiary" color. Primary and secondary colors are the two main colors used on your site. They typically are your school or district colors. A tertiary color is a neutral color such as white, black, gray, light browns, and beige or lighter versions of your primary and secondary colors.
