Hide Email Addresses From the Public Directory

You can use this setting to obfuscate an email address in public directory and profiles to avoid it getting harvested by spammers.

Where To Go

To hide email addresses from displaying in the public directory,  you will log in to your site and click on the site tile.

What To Do

1. Click on the Manage Web Site button.
2. Click on the Site Options button.
3. Under Email Obfuscation, check the box next to Hide Emails.

In the public directory, email addresses will no longer display. In the user profile, a Show Contact Info link will display instead.
