Forgetting Your Password

Where To Go

If you've forgotten your password, visit the login page at http://app.echalk.com to reset your password.

What To Do

1. Click on the Forgotten Password link.
2. When prompted to "Enter the email address for the account that you want to change the password," enter the email address of your eChalk account.
3. Click on the Submit button. A prompt will appear stating "An email has been sent to ___________ with a change password link. If you do not receive the email, see your site administrator to change your password."
4. Click on the change password link in the email you receive.
5. Enter a new password into the New Password field.
6. Re-enter the new password to confirm.
7. Click on the Submit button.
