Videos should include closed captioning as an option for visitors to make them more accessible. Some video hosting services like YouTube provides free auto captioning.


Below are the common embedded video errors that Guide will flag and how you can correct them:

Please make sure that captions are enabled and if so, you can whitelist this error. If your video is uploaded to YouTube, auto captions will be available otherwise you may need to add captions to your videos manually or avoid embedding certain videos if they don't have captions included.
