Edit Notification Settings (VIDEO)

You can customize your notifications and choose which sites, classes and groups you would like notifications to display for. Additionally, you can select which type of updated content triggers an alert (i.e. Events, Resources, Feed Posts, etc.)

To edit your notification settings, you will log into your site. 

What To Do

  1. Click on the Notifications link in the upper right corner of your account. 
  2. Click on Settings.

    You can be notified two ways when content is updated:
    • Notifications: Notifications display inside the application during your logged in session. 
    • Daily Digest Emails: Emails can be sent to your email address once per day at 6PM ET with a summary of any updated content that you've subscribe to.
  3. Next to each site, group or class that you're a member of, review each type of content listed and select the ways you'd like to be notified when that content type is updated.  Choose the bell icon for in-app notifications and/or the envelope icon for inclusion in your Daily Digest Email.
    Note: If you don't select an envelope icon for any content type, you will not receive a Daily Digest Email.
