Archiving Classes as a Super User

Where To Go


To archive a class as a Super User, you will log in to your school site and click on Directory.

Note: If you are a Super User at your school, you will be able to view and edit any class or group page using the Directory.

What To Do 


1. Click on the Search For drop down menu and select Classes

2. Enter the name of the class in the Search Classes field and click Search.

3. Click on the class that displays.

Note: Only members of the class and Super Users will be able to view a class. Non-members or privileged users will receive an access denied message.

4. Click the Class Info button.

5. Click the Archive This Class button. A confirmation prompt will display.

6. Click the Archive button to archive the class.
