Adding and Editing Grading Periods

Where To Go

To add or edit a grading period (e.g. first semester, second semester, first trimester)  you will log in to your site and click on the class tile. Click Gradebook. 

What To Do

  1. Click Edit Grading Periods
  2. You can edit any existing grading period or click on Create New Grading Period to add a new grading period. 

Note: After creating grading periods in the Manage Class Section, these periods will be available to add from a picklist in the settings in each section.

    3. Enter the name of a new grading period in the Grading Period Name field. 

    4. Enter the start date and end date of the grading period. 

    5. Click Save.
