Exporting Parent Codes for Parent Account Sign-Up (VIDEO)

Now you can export a list of Parent Codes associated with your eChalk student accounts for easy distribution to parents wishing to create their own eChalk Parent accounts!

 

 

Where To Go

 

To export a list of Parent Codes, you will log in to your site and click on your class tile.  

What To Do

 

  1. Click on Members.
  2. Click on the link Export parent access codes. The list will download as a CSV file which you can open in Microsoft Excel.
  3. For security purposes, you will receive an email informing you that a list of the parent access codes has been downloaded through your account. If you did not download the list, please contact eChalk Support for further assistance.

 

A list of all students, each of their Parent Access Codes, and the names and email addresses of any parent already associated with the student will display.
